Excellent et très bon service
un menu du midi original, aux saveurs excellentes.
This small restaurant was a geam hidden on a small street. Although we had a rainy day the evening managed to make us forget the bad weather. We took the decouvert menu and it was excellent. The presentation of each plate, the plate it self and the entire experience has been lovely. Is not expensive for what you get.
Une bulle de bonheur, un moment suspendu dans le temps. On se sent comme dans un cocon quand on vient dans ce restaurant... on n'a pas envie d'en repartir tellement on s'y sent bien ! Merci.

Ok this place was a little out of the way. But worth it. The food presentation was terrific and the flavors distinct surprising and pleasing. Lovely setting and a super food server with a strong knowledge of her wine list. Go.

Excellent restaurant..
Really great experience, and great value for the quality
In the suburbs, yet very convenient, right on Bus Route #1 with a stops very closeby. We were greeted very warmly and chose to dine in the beautiful garden area. I'm sure that dining in the charming inside area would have been just as nice. Relaxed, well-spaced, with each table feeling quite private. Diane, our server, was ultra friendly and knowledgeable but not intrusive. Her knowledge of the food, and its preparation is exceptional, surpassed only by her knowledge of the wines!! For our own reasons we chose the Menu Augusta (wishing we could have taken the Menu Découverte) and between the two of us, chose all of the 'Augusta' selections. The passion of everyone at Le Clos d'Augusta becomes ultra-clear as the dishes arrive: the thoughtfulness and artistry of the selections, quality of ingredients, preparation and presentation (including by the wait staff) - and everything is made fresh in-house!! We lingered longer than expected as we savoured each delicious morsel! Reservations are a must!
Food was good but service was the main quality of the restaurant. Wine availability was good but not great
Amazing restaurant, off the beaten track. Very welcoming, went out of their way to help understand menu and options. Service was implicable, easy and subtle. Food was outstanding, love every course and the little extras. Recommend anyone who love food and is in Bordeaux to hunt out this little gem of a restaurant.
Very tasty
This was a truly memorable meal. In addition to the selected 5 course meal,there were 3 additional dishes all beautifully presented and with discriptions of each ingredient.Highly recommended
