Worth visiting for the cassoulet, it’s authentic and huge, consider sharing. Other dishes looked delicious and worth trying, too, I guess. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Would have been nice to have some background music.

I'll write in English for those anglophones looking for a great place to spend an evening in Toulouse. You will be delighted with the traditional fare "toulousain" and the fabuoous hospitality at Le Colombier. We (a party of 6) were treated like royalty and enjoyed a sumptuous meal in an intimate, traditional setting. Make your reservation today!

A 130 years old restaurant, serving a Casoule with a 90 years old recipe served by very welcoming ladies working in the restaurant for decade.
Should try their foie gras and pear sorbet too.
Love this place

Came for the famous cassoulet. It was above average but no better and too expensive for the standard of food you receive.

The food was wonderful, especially the little touches like the bread with figs that went with the foie gras. The cassoulet was still bubbling hot in its ceramic dish when it arrived. The only issues where regarding service which, at times, seemed a bit "forgetful". When I asked to order dessert, there was confusion about which menu I could choose from and the glass of red wine I'd ordered for my main didn't arrive when the cassoulet did, even after a reminder!

The speciality du maison is cassoulet, but the other dishes are excellent. A duck thigh (large) cooked in wine reduced to a sauce with mushrooms- it fell apart and was delicious. A fish dish (du jour) that was equally good. We had a great meal with good service in a pleasant atmosphere. We will go back if we are ever in Toulouse again.

The creamy flavour packed beans in the cassoulet are perfect for a cold winter night. Each components are super tasty, and the portion is really quite generous. The ladies serving that evening were both very kind.

Wonderful restaurant with great cassoulet. The service was friendly, warm, and attentive. Lovely atmosphere. Their specialty is cassoulet - excellent meat and perfectly cooked beans. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Toulouse and want to try the local cuisine.

The elegant atmosphere and warm welcome were both beyond reproach. The cassoulet that was their specialty was superb, although I have tasted versions I like better--personal preference is very subjective. It was an evening well spent in a beautiful place.

I was a little skeptical at first because I was the only customer at 1 pm. However, I was not disappointed. The cassoulet was fabulous. The service was spot on. I would definitely recommend this spot for traditional cassoulet.

Brought the wrong bottle of wine and charged almost twice the amount of the one we actually ordered. Waited 30 minutes for check after asking twice. Would not go again or recommend
