We reserved for 19.00 as we were coming from a Happy Hour in the neighborhood. The place was empty, after talking to a waiter, he told us to choose any table (great) and the server would be with us. She was charming and very helpful. The food was served quickly and was nicely presented. We both had the terrine de poisson which was good. Then, I had filet mignon de porc with a roquefort sauce, delicious! My friend had a salmon filet which he highly enjoyed. Both were served with an assortment of four side dishes, very nice. The restaurant itself is quite pretty; beamed ceiling, bare stone walls, candles,... Extremely Parisian, in the good sense of the term. Nothing "high-falluting", just good French food in a very pleasant setting served by charming people.
All good, nice evening. Food was tasty, but not excellent, but we had a great evening. Service was good. Prices are OK, but not cheap (we paid 100 eur for 2 Persons incl drinks). In the cellar was some nice Chanson music..
Our second dinner here during a 4 day trip and is was as good as last time. Delicious pork and duck and excellent deserts. Very friendly and helpful service. Great ambience.
Great atmosphere, lovely quirky building, very good choices on the set menu, quality food and very tasty.
retaurant très agreable
We had a lovely time here thank you!!!
Awesome little place. The upstairs dining room is super funky. The beef fillets were fantastic as well as the duck. Definitely returning next time in Paris!
Oh my God! The best dinner I've ever had. My husband and I had a romantic and delicious food. Highly recommended
Très bon restaurant traditionnel Belle décoration Service excellent
tres bon mais beaucoup trop long !
Delicious French cuisine, kind and attentive service.
je recommande vivement
would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a meal which doesn't come with pomme frittes. great variety of food in each category. interestingly plated, delicious flavors. delightful service, and very good value for money.
Excellent en tous regards
OK. We had an enjoyable time. Good service and average food.
Très sympa !
I have been eating here for probably 20 years whenever I come to Paris. The building has an interesting history. The fixed price menu is a real bargain. And the food is delicious.
Disappointing starters but main courses were good. Had to ask for discount to be applied and then ask for yums promo to be applied (and explain what it was). Would be expensive without promos.
