The service was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable of all of the ingredients in each dish and explained it to us in flawless English (we are American). The dishes were flavorful, exquisitely presented and perfectly prepared. Special mention for the amuse-bouche, foie gras, duck breast, cheese board and chocolate dessert. And especially our very kind server for her patience and knowledge.

Amazing food. Should attain a star! We asked for a wine flight with our meal and each glass perfectly matched. Do not miss this place!

This was our first visit, but unlikely to be our last. To find such innovative fusion of flavors is rare, particularly in rural Gascony where traditional cuisine is often the rule. Not everything worked perfectly to our palate, much of what we ate was sublime, and a wonderful surprise. Also a pleasant ambience, and staff. that were both charming and highly competent.
