Amazing staff and fabulous food. Lots of flavors and textures. Asked the staff to choose the food for us. Good decision. :)
Excellent food. Great test. Nice chef, who asked passionately after the meal about the quality and taste of the wood. I just wish that they provided also bread, some people (like me!) eat everything with bread ;)

Didier NDAGIJIMANA a 28 ans et est d'origine rwandaise. Après un CAP et un brevet Arts de Cuisine et plus de 10 ans passés en cuisine, il ouvre son propre restaurant, qui mixe saveurs et réalisations de mets traditionnels africains et gastronomie française dans un but de recherche constante de modernité. Très sensible au "manger bon et sain", le restaurant Le Dos Argenté propose une cuisine de marché à base de produits de proximité, le plus bio et naturels possibles, autour d'une cuisine qui a du sens.
