ÎLE DES EMBIEZ - Occupant l'ancien yacht-club, Le Garlaban vous accueille dans un intérieur chic et lounge prolongé par une magnifique terrasse en teck, surplombant le port des Embiez. Un site exceptionnel.

CUISINE - Le chef vous propose une carte raffinée aux inspirations exotiques, avec des mets tout aussi audacieux que réussis. Les poissons et viandes grillées y sont bien représentés notamment avec le loup en croute feuilletée à la fleur de sel pour deux personnes.

LE SAVIEZ-VOUS ? - L’île des Embiez est aussi le port d’attache du Garlaban (ancien bateau mythique de Paul Ricard), trois-mâts qui emmène aujourd’hui les enfants et adolescents en expédition, pour étudier la biodiversité de la Méditerranée.
