Very well cuisine without doubt. However. we thought there was no extra, no surprising touch. Also the wines included in the menu can be better choosen. On top, they were served in ordinary tasting glasses . So overall not fully satisfied taking into account the one star.

The restaurant deserves its 1 Michellin Star status for the quality of its food..The set meal at E$55/ was well worth it, with variety, quantity and excellent presentation. Service was also excellent.

Wonderful experience in food quality and services. I have selected the menu of €52, and add the wine pair.
The dishes are all in good order, and you will find a hearty preparation there. But, not say too much here, need your discovery.
The wine, honestly, not a top one, but all match with the dishes, from the starter to dessert one. Sure, if the one one is a dessert wine maybe even better.
Remarks, a warm bread with from the start is a plus. The quality of bread is excellent.

Our first Michelin star restaurant. A little quiet and formal when we first arrived but I suppose that is what to expect. As the evening wore on we relaxed into the atmosphere and enjoyed a delicious meal.We chose the discovery menu with wines to match each course - very good value.

Our entire experience, from start to finish, was excellent. The entire staff was attentive but not intrusive. The menu choices, prix fixe and wine list are all resons we will certainly return!
