Fantastic meal in a beautiful setting. I had lobster for entree and my husband had fois gras and they both were delicious. We tried two different types of fish for dinner, the dorade and the bar and they were great. Dessert was a apple and caramel tarte and a chocolate cake with the melted center - yum! A bottle of wine and an apertif all came with the meal. The wait staff were all very nice. We really enjoyed everything and would highly recommend Le Grand Bistro Breteuil!

We enjoyed our meal very much and the waiter was very friendly. The egg starter was too heavy, although delicious. One egg would be plenty. Excellent wine. It was a very hot night which did effect our satisfaction with the evening but that was not the fault of the restaurant. A memorable experience.

Amazing food and good service, perfect way to celebrate my friend's 30th! Three of the waiters came out with a candle on dessert singing happy birthday, which was very sweet and much appreciated. Thank you!

One of our favourite local restaurants. Lovely warm decor & good background music created a relaxing ambiance. Wide range of dishes to choose from & at €44 for an aperitif, 3 courses & half bottle of wine each, this is excellent value for Paris. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Lovely setting & the food was very good. We dined from the Signature menu which, at 44 euros for an aperitif, 3 courses & half a bottle of wine, is excellent value for Paris. Have dined here several times over the last 4 years & the service has varied but on this occasion the staff were friendly & efficient.

Visited here for vacation In November 2015 with 8 American Friends
Warmest Welcome of my Life by an exceptionnal Manager and top-notch service ! The British waiter was very considerate and offered us English menus (IPADS).
From the appetizers to dessert the food was good (except the osso buco, we skipped to the rack of lamb).
I had the best shrimp avocado and Burgundy snails, for my entree I selected the Duck breast in the succulent mushroom sauce.
We will definitily return on our next trip to Paris !

Perfect bistrot - the real 7th deal; Friendly splendid service and good fare not far from the Eiffel tower. This restaurant was just 2 minutes from our hotel (champs de mars) The first day we walked by and it was packed. We came back the day after and waited 15 minutes our table it was Worth the wait. The atmosphere is very busy, spirited and colourful. This restaurant is frequented by mostly locals which is a very good sign. Would definitely recommend to couples of all ages. 100 $ for 2 with a bottle of wine. Three courses each Best value in paris!

Net of the experience, an extraordinary value. Never thought I'd say that about Saturday night dinner out in Paris. Perhaps it is because it is September, not July or August, but a lovely experience.

A French bistrot Ambassador
We went here en famille – 11 of us – for a birthday celebration the only evening that three siblings and partners and offspring managed to intersect in Paris.
The managers and waiters were very welcoming, smiling and accommodating despite the profusion of children and our confusion about the 44 euro prix fixe menu.
They were patient and kind, taking the beef for the children back to cook it more thoroughly (yes we are Americans)

The food was divine and we enjoyed being in a typical French restaurant with friendly service. The wines were great (We chose a New Zealand White Wine and a Red Burgundy), and afterwards it was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower to see it lit up on the hour.

We have been to this restaurant many times over the last few years and the food and service has always been very good. We had the 44 euro menu which is good value for Paris and the food was OK but not as good as on previous visits. The restaurant was extremely busy and there didn't seem to be enough staff to cope with the amount of diners, we were greeted but then left to wait to be seated, we had to ask for the menus, waited 45 minutes for our order to be taken and then, after we had finished our main courses, had to ask again for the dessert menu. Our waiter was friendly but there seemed to be an overall lack of supervision and not enough waiters.
