TAILOR-MADE EXPERIENCE – Since 1975, this family establishment impresses its guests with a chic all-inclusive menu version. In the kitchen, the great chef Jean-Jacques Jouteux presents his show: foie gras with truffles, wild sole or veal kidneys, divine homemade sauces then profiteroles with bourbon vanilla ice cream.

DESIGNER RESTAURANT - the philosophy of the establishment? It's the same as that of the independent restaurant owner Garry Dorr: after the manner of great designers, every little detail counts."

Loved this place. Very close to our hotel (Hyatt Regency). Brilliant food - escargot and steak frites done terrifically. Waitress was excellent and spoke good English. Lovely French dining experience. Set menu was actually very good value as well. Would recommend.

Wonderful culinary experience with good service and ambiance. We ordered 'Prawns and avocado salad' and 'Salmon and artichoke' for starters, 'Seabass' and 'Lamb Chops" for main course and 'Apple Tart" for dessert. If the lamb chops would have been cut into 4 pieces, it would have been easier to eat, enjoying the nicely medium cooked piece. All other dishes were impeccable. While the staff was dynamic and caring with a smile, Redan's service was exceptional. Will certainly recommend this restaurant to our relatives and friends.

Plates were delicious. New Years menu included 1 bottle of wine per 2 people and a greeting glass of champagne. Waiters super friendly! The check took a while to arrive but we still had wine to sip. Very local place but still spoke English and Spanish!

The service was very good. The waiter was patient and generous. The food was good and reasonable. Of choice of menu. Very satisfying quality for this price. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended!
