The staff was very friendly. Comfy environment. However, the speed of delivering the food was quite low. The cout de boeuf was quite disappointing. I dont think it worths 69 euros (just personal opinion based on Asian taste).

Great food and drinks. Ambiance was nice. The only concern was the service (staff were disorganised and slow). However for a 50% discount off entire bill, can’t complain!

We had to wait for 35 minutes despite having a reservation. They were understaffed. However they were doing their best to make us feel accommodated. They offered beers 'on the house' while we waited. We also had to wait for 1 hour for the ordered food to arrive. However the food was excellent. They also gave desserts 'on the house' for making it upto us. If they were not understaffed and were organised, this place is excellent to go to.

Nice environment, but the service was lacking. We had to wait long for our drinks and the food was not that special. If you don't care about the food but would like to have a nice place to have a drink, it might be ok to go there.

I went for a meal with a friend using the 50% off IENS deal. Overall the experience was terrible. The staff are inexperienced and so we were not informed that the 3-course menu was not part of the deal only when we were paying. By this point we had average food and the meal was complete almost 3 hours later. When I asked for some reasonable discussion around this the staff, including the lady owner, started to get very aggressive and blamed me for not asking if the menu was part of the deal...like this is my responsibility. They had my booking and knew I had done it through this website so they had all the information. I don't expect to do their job for them and have to clarify everything before a meal.

Really unfriendly and weird bar lounge vibe...not a place for dinner. AVOID this place!

Service was great. However, I indicated that we would get 30% discount, of which I am on sure I got. The waiter was very very good. The food also...loved the sushi roll, the tuna, pasta (they 'forgot' our vongole, but even without it the pasta was yammie. And we got a super big bowl of vongoles that were perfectly cooked a few minutes later!).

Food was good, service was kind. With small kids, waiting to get served in almost completely empty place took way too long, so had to aks for drinks and menues ourselves. Waiters were nice and friendly. The location is good. However we felt the whole place suffers from an un- inviting entrance through a very old fashioned looking hotel lobby. And the club element is causing just too much confusion in the formula. Our advice: Break open a new front door straight to the street and focus on serving good food which you have!

Very enjoyable meal. Food quality was the highlight. We had onion soup, oysters Rockefeller, the cote de boef (for 2 people) and fish and chips. All well presented and delicious. The steak was tasty and cooked perfect medium rare with a good selection of accompaniments. Service was friendly. One suggestion is they should provide a drinks menu at the table, would probably have started with a cocktail, but instead had wine because I did not know the choices.
