Booked a table of 9 people, who were in town for the Rugby World Cup. Restaurant was very welcoming, serving staff were friendly, and the service was prompt & efficient, especially given how busy it was. The food was very good, both in quality and value. (There were 9 clean plates after our main course). Wine was also very good value and very nice! Would recommend ????????

Attractive venue with open-air tables available. Humble plating but excellent flavor and value. Friendly, multilingual service and warm welcome even though our French skills are alas poor. They even waved goodbye!

We had a lovely welcome from the manager of the restaurant. The decor is lovely, very modern and inviting. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the 2 owners. Very friendly and very considerate about my food issues. Really enjoyed our night and would recommend the restaurant. 5 stars!

This was our second return whilst holidaying in Bordeaux from Australia. First time could not fault the meal. 2nd time ordered Beef Rossini, thinking it would be similar to our Australian dish. It was 2 pieces of steak with a chicken liver in the middle. Being that it is suppose to be a French dish I guess I expected something different. Would certainly recommend the establishment otherwise. Maybe I should have asked more questions.

Lovely small restaurant, attentive service, we spoke no French and the staff were so helpful explaining dishes, english menu also avaiable. Very reasonably priced. Overall highly recommend.

A great, authentic French steak restaurant with good wine and great atmosphere. The food was good and the service friendly and helpful. Booking essential as it was very full.

Many restaurants in Bordeaux offer à 3 course meal for 20-24 € with of choice of 3 for each courchoice. Of which are pretty much the same. Le Grill Bordelais offers this as well, however with à more extensive menu offering many choices. On top of this, you get a very cordial owners and staff to make the dinning experience very pleasant. We really enjoyed our meal there and would most definitely dine there again. Highly recommend.

Service was very solid, most food was very good. Some aspects of the food left a bit to be desired, but for the price point, was on par. No general complaints, we just hoped for more out of a bordelaise in downtown Bordeaux.
