Despite a rather busy evening, the staff were most attentive, allowing us to finish our bottle of champagne in calmness first, before continuing to the main course and the next wine. Extremely friendly service.

Food is well below expectations, probably the worst braised lamb I’ve ever had. Drinks were good but not much else is edible.

We had an amazing time at Le Jardin Les Crayères. Food was out of this world. We started off with Champagne, but of course and then started off with the Crab Mayonnaise and Ballotine of Foie Gras with warm bread. For the mains, my wife had the swordfish which was good but I would totally recommend the Cote de Bouf for 2. The table side service was a crowd pleaser. That’s the piece de resistance! We didn’t have time for dessert tho, but will definitely be back to Reims just for this awesome restaurant.

We were disappointed with our overall experience. We ordered the Menu Region - the food overall was nicely presented, but bland. The lamb was particularly disappointing, tasteless and overcooked and served with either oily courgette or overcooked fries. The service was friendly, but there was a large group and we and other diners were overlooked - it took us about half an hour to get our bill and pay. Not what we expected from a Michelin recommended restaurant

Lovely food. We had the menu Jardin (€35- three courses) and Region menu (€55-four courses). Each dish was excellent, well constructed with innovative elements, and perfectly cooked. The staff were welcoming, attentive but not intrusive and service was rapid. Highly recommend.

The setting is beautiful sitting outside in a garden. The food was competent but by no means wow. Basic dishes with extreme pricing for the general area. I had a 48 euro fillet of beef. They pver cooked the first one, whch was also not a proper fillet cut, but gristly, 2.0 was seasoned beautifully and was tasty but it wasn't an amazing fillet. The aubergines on the side were amazing. Staff, well some were attentive others were off looking over worked. Could be they need more staff. My friend never got her coffee. A bit all over the place, which isn't great at a 5 star hotel. But it was the food which I think let it down the most
