This restaurant took a booking for 11 of us with an hour’s notice and we had an excellent meal in a separate room at the back. They were very accommodating with various dietary requirements and the meal was very good value. We went back 2 days later with a group of 13 and again an excellent meal. Thank you very much for two lovely evenings.

Made a booking through the fork which was confirmed via e-mail but not passed on to the restaurant, so when de arrived there was no reservation and the place was already full. Disappointing, and the restaurant host indicated this is a recurring issue with bookings for their restaurant

The greeting was not good. We had a reservation and told the ladies twice. They seemed very distracted as they were busy and short staffed. They told us there was a 15 minute wait at which time we again told them we had a reservation and the lady asked how we made the reservation, by phone? No, I responded, on the Fork website. After being seated we waited 20 minutes to be greeted by the server. Once she greeted us and explained the problem was lots of guests and not enough staff, the service improved. The food was okay. We have eaten here twice before and everything was very good. We will try again in the future.

The cold soup was outstanding especially on a hot and humid day Staff were younger and in training but very attentive. The Cardinal Richelieu salad was fantastic. Very delicious and perfect for a hot night. The 3 nut mousse was very tasty and also semi frozen so very refreshing on a hot evening. Air conditioning would have been nice but it was cooler then the outside tables. A wonderful experience!
