we were told that we could not have the menu du jour because we had booked via the fork. this was not made clear on the website and with 5 children in our group we had not planned to feed them a la carte

Profiteroles ordered in advance were disappointing. Even the creme brûlée was not right. Place wasn't that full but there were delays between courses which were quite long. Overall, great ambience but food not quite what we paid for!

The food is excellent. Traditional food with generous size, good price, and personal service. They pride themselves and their quality is consistent. Can't miss, if you are in the area.

The good was fab, swimming snails were superb and the duck was also fantastic. The chef made frequent trips to check everything was as expected and his wife, who was waiting tables both were very pleasant.

We will definitely be going back and would highly recommend it.
