About the restaurant Le Mas des Aigras

Waiter was fairly attentive but after waiting 15 minutes to taste our wine we eventually decided to pour it ourselves. The food was good and the decor minimalist but good.

One of our best meals in France! We stopped in for lunch as we headed up North from Provence. We had a three course menu, which was triple delight of unfussy modern French dishes. I highly recommend this reataurant, which is a bit hard to find but well worth the drive.

We had a very nice dinner there last night, and we were impressed. The quality/price ratio was good, the menu innovative and well executed. We would come back.
