The meat was good, however the time waiting time was a little long, but they provided a nice hors d'oeuvre free of charge

Looking at the menu, proposing high quality meat from around the world, we were expecting a nice “meat” experience. The pieces that we were served were certainly of good raw quality, however their cooking was subpar and ruined the experience. One of the pieces were overcooked and the other undercooked compared to the cooking points that were asked. The raw piece in itself is good, but their cooking quality clearly insufficient. In contrast, the service was really kind and did their best on a busy night. In the end, we felt that the prices charged for the main plates (30€ per piece) weren’t justified by the quality of the end product that we served. I have eaten better cooked and tastier pieces of meat for less in Paris (a notably expensive city). It was a big surprise since we saw such high scores in the Fork.
