Regretably, the quality of the food (we had fish for starters and main) was far from what we expected. too dominant standard “cocktail taste” sauces, too salt, very small scallops, prawns from the local supermarket would taste better ‘raw’ than what we had on our plate. Yet staff was friendlly. Food overpriced for quality level. Ambiance is ok, location is nice but we wont be back for the food

Super Essen. Alles Perfekt

4 course meal, where the chef had mad an excellent job in both comining the dishes and the total meal . Friendly and nice service

Le Meridien is a delightful place in the busiest restaurant street of den Bosch. Fully fitted out with Boschian Art for the Bosch500 expo, it is tastefully and inspiringly decorated. The food was close to perfect by any standard: the oysters couldn't have been better; a surprise aux d'oeuvres plate was outstanding in every detail. Two fish courses with exotic (at least for us: Corvina and Harderfilet? I've never had either before) fish varieties were fresh, very well made with excellent sauces, and a pleasant change from just grilled or pan frying. A beautiful and highly creative, almost Boschian, Dame Blanche rounded off the meal, which was accompanied by a very fairly priced Pokily Fume. Definitely a place to return!
