The chef here is young and talented. I see a Michelin star in his future if he keeps at it.

Very good cuisine and had a very nice evening.
Small restaurant which did not deter from
The quality. The menu I felt was slightly limited probably to ensure that they do
Well what they serve.

We had the seasonal chef's menu and it was divine. Between the two of us we managed to choose totally opposite options and taste each other's plates...there wasn't a single mistake in our decision. Throw a dart at the menu and you will hit something rich, thoughtful and incredibly tasty.

The new years’s menu was beautiful and all dishes fitted together in my opinion. The chestnut cream with chorizo was the star. I was alone (weird sensation, but hubby was out working and I decided to travel to Nice anyway). Although alone in a New Year’s Eve I enjoyed my meal and had a nice time.

This is a true French gourmet restaurant. Small but delicious portions but rich enough so you don't feel hungry after.
The menu is a little light on choices but what they have to offer is truly special in presentation and taste. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience French cuisine at its finest. The best part is it is very reasonably priced.

One of the best restaurants we have visited. There was only one waitress but she managed to serve everyone with satisficafion. The food was amazing! The potato soup starter and steak was phenomenal! Will definitely go back when we are in Nice again!

The waitress did not succeed in her job.

The food was a bit too creamy and the lighting was so weak that it was difficult to see what was on the plate, this especially with the main course.

The starter from the chef was amazing! A carrot purée with froth that awakened the taste buds. The cheese plate I had as an appetizer was the best I ever had. Beautiful blue cheese, creamy but mild served with spots of honey and a poached pear that I would return to Nice for! My husband ordered the lobster w/gnocchi and I ordered the beef “filet”. We switched. The beef was not to my taste (my husband liked it), but the gnocchi melted in your mouth along with the succulent lobster. Dessert and cappuccino were also done extremely well!!!

Wine recommendation by our server was perfect accompiament. Would strongly recommend Le Millesime for any occasion but was a most memorable experience for our special night.

The food was good, but the reception by the server was unwelcoming, to say the least. Business was slow that night, yet we had inattentive service. Several times (our count was six) during the meal, she dropped things behind the bar, with a loud clang that disrupted our meal. We felt like an inconvenience to her.

Le Millesime is a small bistro but the food that is served packs big flavor. I had the seasonal menu - with salmon tartare, truffle risotto, and creme brûlée and my husband had the gourmand menu with gazpacho, foie gras, fish of the day, and chocolate mouse desert. The amuse, a asparagus soup with truffle cream was stunning, Both the salmon tartare and gazpacho had real punches of flavor, The foie gras similarly was very good and well presented with diced apples. My truffle risotto was far superior to the fish my husband received but both were good. The risotto was full of flavor and had truffles incorporated into the risotto as well as shaved on top - sublime. However, the crime brûlée was not special but the ice cream served with the crime brûlée, was excellent. Wines were reasonably priced. Note that the restaurant is off the beaten path in a residential neighborhood.

My wife and I ordered two different fixed menus in order to taste a variety of the foods. The amuse bouche of creamy foie gras and asparagus soup was exceptional. The chef skillfully took advantage of the seasonal vegetables to bring out the flavors. The truffle risotto was the star of the meal, which is not to be critical of any other dish as they all met our expectations. We were very happy with all the dishes served.
