6/10Although the food was really interesting some important details were less taken care of. The food concept is to share but some dishes were impossible to share, even with 2 people, due to the form or amount. For example we had 1 little fried courgette flower - if its for sharing, it could have been two. by dividing it with the fork the whole thing disintegrated. Also, the egg with truffels is not something you can share at all. Overal the quality of the food was good, but without the WOW factor. Maybe a bit too French. The location was amazing. The least points go to the service. 1 person in charge of all the spaces, checking in gusts, ordering and bringing food. There were probably around 70 seatings there. This looked like an impossible thing - but because there were only a few tables occupied it kind of worked out. Still, when we asked to be moved to another table because the airco was blowing too strong in our direction we could only choose another option nearby. The table we wanted was according to the waiter, already reserved. How somebody gets to reserve a specific position spot was absolutely not clear to us. We expected the same quality as in the Mirage, but this was underwhelming.
