The Moulin is a smart, attractive venue with attentive reception. The waiter took our order well and we had a moderate wait to be served. The menu was short which is, I think, a good thing. The first course was good and well cooked but both mail courses, my wife and I chose differently, were significantly lacking in flavour. Had I not been concerned about causing an international incident I should have asked for some salt! The desert was very pleasant, we both had a glass of house wine. The bill at about 90 euros was expensive for a slightly disappointing meal out.
