We had the fixed price menu which was good value. The starters: the fish tartare and the foie gras were good. The mains: the cassoulet was too salty and I couldn’t finish , The veal was okay. The desserts: millefuille and pavlova: recommend.

Disappointing service, arrogant waitress, she doesn’t know the customer’s standard. I asked for a better quality wine/champagne, she suggested the cheapest by the glass, so she can speed the service (even we were the only table that evening!) . We had a big bite of foie gras and brioche to consume, she wanted to pick up the platter…. When I said “not yet”, she gave me the look. I tried not to make a big deal as I didn’t want to ruin the evening. Very poor hospitality and treat all customers as cheap tourists.

I try the set menu and it's satisfying. Love the Pyrénées Trout, just like salmon. They also have their own wine called Le Perchoir. I try their Chardonnay and ittaste nice.

I had a very satisfying meal here at Le Perchoir. I had the €29 menu. Foie Gras followed by veal ending with the Pavlova. Each course was well presented and cooked well the service was attentive without being overbearing. An excellent experience.
