About the restaurant Le Petit Prince de Paris

"QUARTIER LATIN - A few meters from the Pantheon, tortuous streets lead to 12 rue Lanneau. The site of the ancient Gallo-Roman thermal baths houses a former tavern Le Petit Prince de Paris, which for centuries remained an inescapable Parisian address.

A TIMELESS LOCATION - Discover an elegant and friendly menu developed essentially with fresh products (France and EU origin) in a hushed setting with shimmering colors. Gourmet and sumptuous, the dishes are a treat for the senses and priced gently.

VENUE - Then, dear Epicureans, a ride on the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève is required... Push the door, sit down, Le Petit Prince de Paris will soon become, if it isn't already, your kingdom of peace and pleasures..."

We went with a group of American students on their first visit to Paris. They were all taken with the setting and ambience, and they loved the food. An appetizer flan with courgettes was a huge hit, and all the sauces were eagerly mopped up with bread. I recommend this restaurant - considering the quality of the food and the service, the cost was quite reasonable.

Very nice place, romantic atmosphere. Expensive, not possible in my case to choose fixed price menù. Moreover, glutine free plates too limited, also if the restaurant qualify itself for this feature. I spent 5 € for two slices of glutine free bread. It has been the first time in my life.

Brilliant traditional French restaurant in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Food was fantastic and reasonably priced, plus the service was great - would highly recommend!

I have dined at this restaurant many times over many years. The staff have always been friendly and attentive. The menu has varied over time, and but i have always found something i have enjoyed. This trip i had a tasty duck main dish and my sister scallops that were cooked just right. The dessert was a wonderful "taster" of multiple small items. I would say special attention to be paid to entrées, which have often been a wonderful surprise. The dining room has a delightful, eclectic and welcoming feel. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Paris.

We didn’t know when we made the reservation that this would be a “musical evening”. The two singers were very good but the menus were only available at a la carte prices. Bit of a shock! Result was an enjoyable but quite overpriced evening.

2nd visit after 8 years. The paintings on display (and for sale) were less risque than I remember them.
Food was wonderful and the dark red ambience typically Parisien.

Nice authentic restaurant with good ambiance, the food is wonderful, the waiter however was very stressed and was receiving phone calls whilst serving us and made a very stressed impression, they where understaffed! Very unfortunate because otherwise I would have gladly given the place a 10!!

Great food, but the service was very slow. One waitress was working very hard, while her two assistants needed constant prodding.

Fabulous! We went purely based on the trip advisor reviews and they did not disappoint!
Food was delicious and well worth the price.
