The staff was very friendly, the food was tasty and the portions quite big! There were not that many options on the menu, but that was not really a problem.
We were seated at the very back in an empty corner and waited 20 min without acknowledgement. I got up for the table to find the waitress and let her know we were ready to order. She never came to see us so we left. Extremely disappointed for our first night out in Paris experience. As we passed by the server on the way out the door she said, “problem?”

We came across this place on the internet and it was very good. Bustling place on a Friday night but that didn’t impact the quality. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual place with good food.
Good is straightforward, well-prepared, tasty, and very reasonably priced. Seating was a bit too tight for my taste, as you are pretty much at the same table as the person next to you, even though the tables are meant to be separate. But service was extremely friendly, and the overall vibe was casual and welcoming.

Service, as soon as we got there, was really amazing. Our waitress was friendly, attentive and fast. The food was outstanding as well. The charcuterie platter was nicely done with some terrines, saucissons, hams, salami, and a jar of gherkins on the side. One of my favourite things to eat is tete fromagiere. Or head cheese in English. But it has nothing to do with cheese. Basically it's a terrine made with all parts of the pigs head (jowel, tongue, etc) and set in aspic. They gave me a slice and it was just fantastic. Main meals were filet mignon au poivre, and my daughter had the roast chicken. The filet mignon were very tasty. Only small knock would be both were served medium rare, but one was asked to be medium well. Just a small detail that is easily fixed. But all in all a fantastic meal in Paris. Would highly recommend.
Not air conditioned and it was 97 degrees outside. Perhaps when the weather is much cooler .
