6.5/10The dinners were fine. the servers varied and changed throughout the experience. We asked questions about the food and the setting to which we recieved overly short and simple, sometimes incorrect responses. One of our diners ordered salad as an accompaniment which never appeared, even though we asked twiceThe staff/management at reception and departure were very nice.

8.5/10We were really impressed with the staff (especially Valentin, our main guy for the evening), very personable and welcoming. Our French was very limited - the team there was very helpful and made us feel at home and welcomed. The food was delicious with a great view being on the beach. Great vibe. We will make a revisit next time we’re in the area.

About this restaurant
Le Ponton reviendra en juin sur la plage de La Baule dans sa version 2019. Une nouvelle carte inspirée des cuisines du monde, Healthy et énergisante qui fait la part belle aux produits locaux. Grandes assiettes, snack, « finger food » et cocktails à partager pour vivre des moments entre amis sur la grande terrasse posée sur le sable. La décoration sobre et naturelle conçue à partir de matériaux bruts tel l'intérieur d'un voilier vous invite au voyage. Détente et simplicité font l'esprit de cette atmosphère conviviale et contemporaine. A chaque instant de la journée, son animation et son ambiance musicale (lounge et tendance, concerts live le soir ou DJ...).
