Excellent
We have dined at The Potiron Gourmet numerous times and have always enjoyed it. The food is fabulous. This time I had the Cod and my husband had the duck. Both were amazing. The atmosphere always has a good feeling of welcoming. The wine selection is good. And the service is always with a smile. And the price for dinner is very reasonable. I (we) highly recommend The Potiron Gourmet.
I arrived at Radisson blu last night and asked the concierge if he could recommend a good restaurant but all he did was to suggest their rooftop restaurant. So tonight we went and found our restaurant - the Potiron Gourmet was twice the quality at half the price : I took their card for the concierge and told him to send guests to the restaurant 10 minutes away !
Our meal was so delicious! We ordered the prix fixe 3 course dinner and every dish was tasty and very fresh ingredients! We felt right at home - our waiter was welcoming, helpful, and friendly! Will be back!
Food was really very good. Best was sausage appetizer which was unique. Also wonderful cod on black rice. The chef really knows how to cook...try the restaurant especially if you are staying at a near by hotel like the Radisson Blu.
A lovely little restaurant - with a team of just two - where food quality and service would put a much larger establishment to shame! But when you factor in their very reasonable prices, albeit for a shortish menu, this place becomes an absolute gem. I just wish we had such a neighbourhood restaurant where we live in the UK. One downside is that booking is only available through TheFork 24 hours or so in advance. Otherwise highly recommended.
Lovely food at very reasonable prices. Creme brulee best I've ever had.
Beautifully cooked food and friendly staff. We arrived when it was busy and there was only one guy serving so it took a bit longer to order and receive drinks etc but we weren’t in a rush so it was fine. A great find.
Excellent quality food in an intimate atmosphere. Well worth the tram wide out to the west end. Service was very helpful, and has gluten free options on the menu.
Quaint and very welcoming.
This restaurant is a little gem the best we've found in Nice. The food was delicious, they were very helpful with the menu explained what each dish was. Well worth a visit and good value.
Excellente cuisine, excellent service.
In una parola: commovente Grazie!!
The food quality was very good and at a reasonable price. If I had to make a criticism it would be that the chairs were not very comfortable and the tables small.
Excellent.
We just keep going to Le Potiron Gourmet!!! The food is always delicious , the service is perfect, the wine is fabulous and the prices are excellent. It is pristine and quaint. It is so conveniently located on the 2 Tram in Nice at the Carras stop. We highly recommend it.
Excellent food. Good value for money.
We always visit Le Potiron Gourmet when in Nice. It’s our favourite restaurant in the area. Interesting menu, great food at reasonable prices. Wine list also sensibly priced.
Une belle surprise !
We have not been to the restaurant for a couple of years and not sure if it has changed hands. Not as good as we remember. The food was fair apart from one dish which we had to send back. It was dealt with politely and the replacement was acceptable.
Great food!
