10/10Impecable service with the most delicious food in a lovely environment. My husband said “best meal I have ever had”. Definitely don’t skip the lobster special. Worth every penny. The waiters were extremely well trained very nice, attentive and polite. We can’t wait to come back to Bordeaux and enjoy the restaurant again.

6.5/10I was so looking forward to trying this restaurant and it was such a disappointment. It was very well presented as one would expect from a two star Michelin restaurant but the actual food was lack Luster and fairly ordinary ingredients. The only thing that seemed really interesting was the lobster which is the signature dish but this was an extra which at 235.euros for seven courses to pay extra for lobster which is the signature dish seemed extraordinary wine pairings were excellent as was the wine but this is an overpriced overrated. Not very exciting restaurant. There are so much better wonderful one star Michelin restaurants around Bordeaux which are so much better than this place.

10/10Both food and service were superb. Beautifully prepared, delicious, inventive dishes with a point of view. Staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to deliver an amazing experience. Highlight for me was the expert wine pairing. The pairing elevated the food, which I didn't think was possible, and vice-versa.

6/10I found a piece of plastic in my desert. I did not notice it and srarted chewing it. The restaurant send to me a somelie with apologies and a discount of 100 euros. I was very much disappointed as the chef did not come out to me with explanation and apologies. It seems like my dissapointment cost 100 euros and I as a client for the restaurant also cost 100 euros. Awful. Such attitude for clients must not exist in such high level restaurants.

8/10We can no longer eat 5 courses plus amuse bouche. This restaurant needs to bring back Al a carte menu for us to go back. Amuse bouche came immediately and then there was a 45 minute gap before the first course came. We indicated we could not endure this pace of service and thing sped up. My husband subbed lamb for pork. Both were good. The fish pollock was not good. We didn’t eat dessert. The anticipation was better than the execution.

10/10Simply put... the greatest dining experience of our lives! We are a couple in our 60's, have dined in the finest restaurants on five continents, and the four and a half hours we were honored to share with the thoughtful and experienced team here was nothing short of thrilling. The ambience, the cuisine, and above all the knowledgable and passionate staff made this an evening we will never forget. We enjoyed every item from the wonderful amuse bouche, the delicate breads, and both the Origins and Heritage menus. Then there was the Signature lobster preparation, so dramatically infused via the Christofle press that was wheeled to our table... the resulting dish as delicate and heavenly as one could possibly imagine! Then followed incredible desserts and of course the cheeses from a magnificent trolley also wheeled to our table! And all of the above paired perfectly by the clearly experienced hand of the sommelier, who introduced us to a number of regional offerings that worked so well with each course. In the end, though, what made this evening a 3 Michelin Star (at least!) for us was the team. These young men and women bring such passion and excitement to their positions that it is infectious. They described in fine detail the preparation of each small ingredient on each offering, how these interplayed, and how best to consume them to obtain the best experience of the flavors. When we inquired about how they arrived at this most lofty of Michelin rated restaurants, they were happy to share their life stories and how excited they are to be a part of a place that every day gives such joy to people... and as I looked around Le Pressoir D'Argent I noticed similar smiling diners and staff, interacting over these wonderful offerings, which is in the end what a truly outstanding culinary experience should be about! Bravo!!

10/10We dined here for our 22nd Anniversary and ordered the 5 course meal an added the Lobster Press experience. All of the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was perfectly attentive, personable and fun! Every now and then one of them would crack a little joke to lighten the mood...we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Go hungry, the small portions add up over time, we left very satisdfied!

8.5/10High End and 2 Stars. Friendly service and very good food...BUT I will write here some points what could be better>. The waiters explain every dish way to LONG and in detail...Nobody wants to hear 60 seconnds explanations on every course. A lot of time a SPOON was missing ...a lot of dishes would needed a spoon to get the sauce properly in. The LOBSTER press dish for 70 euro per person extra is bullshit and way to expensive ...the lobster was chewy and maximum 20 gramm. the beef dish they presented in a pot and then brought the pot back in the kitchen to slice the beef ...and what we got on the plate was only HALF of the meet they showed us.... That is just bullshit. Wine list is very good and the overall food was well presented ...very rich ....
