I think it is over-priced for the quality of food. The portion is large but not decent. Sometimes I think the taste doesn't match well. Soufle is a must to order.

The food is good but the concept dated. Foams and gelees are a bit old today. Small portions and beautiful presentations. Time to move on to a more modern concept! The ambiance is a bit sterile too.

We have been to this restaurant 4 times over the years, from 1985 to the present. Each was a memorable experience, though only the location has remained the same. The coveted Michelin star has come and gone, only to return again. Since we were last there in 1994, the place has been completely remodeled, with air conditioning a welcome addition. The food was excellent, presentation lovely, and the service was friendly and efficient. The price was about the same as a restaurant of that quality in a large US city. It is well worth the Michelin star. For us, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The appertizers and entres (frog legs) were nice and we thought they were better than the mains. The pre-dessert was nice too but the desserts were just okay. The service was good & so was the atmosphere. There were sifficient parking spaces in the surroundings as the restaurant is close to the train station.
