8.5/10i really liked this little hole-in-the-wall algerian place, maybe 10 tables plus a few outside but unheated. they have real algerian specialties (including liver, tongue, brain), and or course couscous. Almost all the customers are speaking arabic and seem very much at home there. this might be like eating at your algerian grandmother's house. the food is homey and everybody (mostly young people) is enjoying themselves. (note, no alcohol is served.). the waiters are very friendly, more so if you are also and appreciate their efforts. not fancy, not pretentious, very good value. if that's what you're looking for, rather than something luxe, by all means, go.
