The food was good, as expected of Michelin 1-star restaurants. However the flavors did not shine through and did not showcase the abundance of Provence.

The physical ambience is spectacular. We had views of the mountain from our table. We were all dressed in dresses and jackets. We were shocked to see other guests with small children, adults in shorts and tee shirts. Not a place for young children.

Excellent restaurant: too food and service. We loved all from the beginning till the end. The view on Sainte Victoire was a plus. The food was full of savor’s and each dish an amazing discovery. The wine arrangement was a good choice.

Phenomenal food, and the service is like a carefully choreographed ballet, yet still warm and very personable. To have a cart rolled out with 40-50 kinds of gourmet cheese is something I will remember forever! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings as well. The best meal we had in France - by far! Requests for special seating based on a disability were handled with compassion and discretion as well, which is always appreciated.

Everything you'd expect from a top Michelin-star restaurant and more! Incredible tastes, great service, wonderful ambiance. In addition to each of the great courses, lots of little "amuse-bouche" tastings to add to the experience.
