Un moment d’exception
Mérite sa réputation
Stellar food that was both creative and delicious. The service was warm and attentive aside from a minor gaffe at the start. Spectacular view of Bordeaux in an intimate yet comfortable dining room
Really good dishes, high quality ingredients, friendly staff and well balanced price ratio. We ate lunch and everything was delicious, service was perfectly timed and ambience was pleasant. Definitely recommended.
We travel around the globe searching for exceptionnel dinning , Le Sait James is now in our list of restaurants to recommend and repeat Let them surprise you, trust them!
tres bon restaurant
Excellent food and atmosphere. friendly yet very meticulous service. Probably more expensive than needs to be but the food is top notch.
Lunchtime weekday set menu a great chance to enjoy superb cuisine and hospitality at laughably affordable prices. And the view over Bordeaux is not to be missed!
One negative note was that when we were leaving the hotel reception, one of the hotel receptionists (not the restaurant reception), asked me whether we PAID for our meal. I felt insulted, as if we are not used to dining in michelin star restaurants.

Top!!!!
Superbe experience du debut a la fin
Trop bon!!!
The scenery and aspect from the terrace was sensational . The service impeccable and as non French speakers we were made to feel at ease and welcome. The food and wine was to die for.
Excellent repas en terrasse
Phenomenal food. Excellent service. Unbelievable setting and views of Bordeaux and the Garonne. A once-in-a-lifetime meal.
Beautiful dining room - contemporary decor with a palette of white, Black and striking pops of Hermès orange that accents staff uniforms, tables and even appears in menu items. The dining room has three tiers all with spectacular views over the garden and across the river to the Bordeaux city center. There is not a bad table in the house - and the sunset we enjoyed from our vantage was spectacular. The staff are attentive and friendly and the chefs menu was divine. The cuisine was well thought out and well executed.
