Excellent
Due to “the restrictions” this was our 1st Tah Mahal visit of 2020, we met English friends who have just moved to France. The food was beautifully cooked, I had Gambas Bhuna, plus pimenté the gambas were still succulent, not over cooked and the was no shortage of them. The other 3 with me said the same of their chicken dishes. The seafood Bahji starter was spiced, as ordered, but you could still taste the different fish., I finished with my fave kulfi, yum! Walking into the Taj and smelling the spices cooking was like coming home and we were very much made to feel we had
Very quiet only one other couple. Food was good and service good - as very quiet. Atmosphere very lacking and generally restaurant looked tired - had been looking forward to going
The best curry house in this part of France
Excellent accueil, avec un personnel disponible. Plats succulents
Best curry house south of france

Excellent
Excellent food and service, as always. Very nice restaurant and friendly staff. Food was very good, well worth a visit.
The quality of curry and standard of services does not change. We have been using this restaurant coming up for a year now and still the best curry in the south of France. Try it you will not be disappointed. Good value for money as well.
Excellent
The Taj Mahal had been recommended by friends, Indian restaurants being a rarity in this part of France. We were not dissappointed, we both had set menus. Paul my husband consisted of Shami Kebab, Tandoori Chicken and delice de mangue (16€) I had the Vegetarian Thali starter was onion bhaji & veggie samosa, then a tray of chickpea curry, saag, allo gobi, pillau rice and raita followed by my favourite Kulfi (18,50€). The portions were good, fresh ingredients, freshly cooked and as advised I asked for the spicier version (the French are not used to hot flavours). The staff were attentive, the restaurant got busier as the evening wore on, it is obviously very popular. Bottled Kingfisher beer brewed in Maidstone!! The owner asked our names when we paid so he could remember us next time and that won't be too far in the future
THIS IS THE BEST CURRY RESTAURANT IN THIS PART OF FRANCE EXCELLENT
Delicious as always, the best Indian restaurant in the Languedoc. Always ask for epices Anglais as the curries will have a lot more heat in them.
Our second time to this restaurant, tried the Chicken Madras (English hot) Very good and can highly recommend
Un restaurant excellent et un service impeccable
