We had a delicious 3 course dinner. Our waitress was very pleasant, energetic, and willing to help us in English. The atmosphere was very authentic, food and wine were very good, and additional servers were efficient and friendly. It was a delightful evening.

Loved this place. Beautiful Christmas decorations were already in place towards the end of November. Very helpful and engaging service. The food was great, can especially recommend the chocolate profiteroles.

We had a lovely evening at Le Tire-Bouchon. Friendly service, food was great, we had the set menu and me and my husband choose different meals and shared everything. A great Alsatian experience for out last evening in Strassbourg.

Desde el primer momento nos han atendido con una sonrisa e incluso hablando nuestro idioma. La comida sabrosisima , resaltando en mi caso los caracoles que estaban espectaculares. Repetiremos sin lugar a dudas pues ha sido una experiencia gastronómica muy positiva.

It's placed in a tourist area so I'd expect "tourist service". It's good they have a clear menu with prices listed out. The food wasn't as special as some would describe to be, especially when you ordered snails with 2 out of 6 came out empty. The asian waitress was coughing all over the place, sometimes covering her mouth while coughing, and immediately picking up dishes and drinks. When we paid the bill, we were charged with a la carte price even though I was ordering from a menu list. It was corrected after a complaint though.

Really excellent value with the discount. The setting was romantic, lively and still family friendly. Probably the second best setting for a meal in Strasbourg aside from the dead center of Petite France. Service was properly paced, and the pork cheeks were a highlight. Might have been a 7.5 or 8 out of 10 without the discount but the discount makes Le Tire Bouchon one of the best values in the city.
