Excellent
Excellente surprise! Un temps suspendu hors de la course folle de la capitale
Excellent moment avec des gens charmants
This historical and magical restaurant is so charming with inventive cooking in a dreaming place. A special mention for the welcome of the attendants.
The restaurant is famous for its decor and the food is good but they continue to be understaffed so the service is slow. Staff is friendly but they need to be better organised
We come here once a year for our wedding anniversary and it’s always such a treat! The decor, the service, the amazing food - even with the coronavirus right now, this restaurant is still quite the experience!
Service was spotty: took a while to even be welcomed/acknowledged after being seated. I had to ask 3 times for the butter, twice for the table water. Food was tasty. Setting and room were spectacular.
It was a nice one-time experience. The space is beautiful. Everything else was good but forgettable.
Service génial
Enchanting atmosphere. Service was stiff and slow. Food was good, but not amazing. The multi-course meals may have been more enjoyable but the price tag was daunting.
It was a horrible experience. The hostess was not friendly. The waiter brought the wrong drink and forgot about the other drink order and than disappeared. Finally, at the end the brought a small dessert for my wife’s birthday with no silverware to eat it. The manager never apologized just gave a 10% discount. What he didn’t understand was I would rather of had a wonderful birthday dinner with my wife and paid more. Don’t waste your time at this overpriced restaurant with poor service.
This is such a beautiful classic French restaurant, the escargots were delicious and so was the veal. Service was prompt and the staff very friendly.
A wonderful birthday celebration. Magnifique! Merci beaucoup♥️
Just delicious. Escargots with a lovely sauce for a starter, lamb as a main course and a crispy cigar (tobacco leaves with cognac & cream) for dessert. Traditional & exceptional at the same time :)
The restaurant interior is simply amazing, a highlight of Paris. The the food and service is very good, but not outstanding taking into consideration of all the options in Paris. Still - if you are visiting Paris - you don't want to miss a visit to this place.
Wonderful service, splendid wine, sumptuos food, heavenly location -- what could be better?
Le Train Bleu renewed my hope in Paris. After experiencing traffic problems, transport hassles and queues, it was pleasure personified to step inside Le Train Bleu and be transported to a realm of culinary clarity. My friends and I enjoyed the attentive service, and while my friends’ lamb was uneven and their duck was a little tough, my sole was exquisite. Next time in Paris - Le Train Bleu.
The atmosphere is amazing. Delicious food. The staff was friendly. They helped us store our bags during the meal. We didn’t feel underdressed. A great place to go before or after your train in Paris.
The presentation of the dishes are perfect, desserts are delicious, but main plate was disappointing
I had very high hopes for this restaurant and it did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in I was in awe of the decor. The hostess and waiters were so helpful and friendly and each course was amazing. I can’t wait to come back to Paris to visit again. Thank you so much for looking after us
The perfect meal for my birthday!

"HISTORICAL MONUMENT - and what if you were to give yourself the sumptuous setting of the Train Bleu? Dazzling, stunning, to each their words... The stairs, gilding, woodwork, neoclassical frescoes; this place is unique. And in addition, it straddles the platforms of the Gare de Lyon in Paris (1st floor).
LUXURY AND TRADITION - The cuisine of the Train Bleu is in the image of its interior: luxurious and refined, with beautiful products and unrivalled know-how. Among the chef's suggestions: leg of roasted lamb or the famous Foyot veal chop.
A NEW DESTINATION - All of summer 2014, restoration and modernisation works took place in this mythical restaurant. So it's a whole new Train Bleu, which has opened its doors: frescoes and cleaned paintings, stucco and gilding renovated, art furniture and tableware transformed, reinvented lounges, updated menus... A brand new Train Bleu to see and enjoy!"
