About the restaurant Le Viscos

This is our favorite restaurant in the region. The chef, Pierre St Martin, and his kitchen staff know how to sublime the French cuisine with the specialties of the Pyrenees. We had an excellent improvisation on the traditional garbure and a carre of the regional porc noir that was supported by the most tasty vegetables and fresh produce. I try to explain it here, but the best is to go there and have it explained by the big master himself at your table. Enjoy!

Veery pleasant, better than most of the restaurants in Lourdes, however although the chef welcomed each table and talked passionately about his food it all tasted as if he has lost his passion!
The amusee bouche was delicious but the set menu was good but not exceptional. Excellent service albeit too fast for us . My aperitif and the first course arrived together!
