Absolutely superb. Signature rice dishes were rich and complex, with a diverse range of ingredients and flavours. It was with the starters and desserts however, where the menu really took off. Outlandish, inventive and decadent, everything we tried was a culinary sensation. From the anchovy jelly, to the whole egg yolk dumpling to the parma violet candy floss and red velvet French toast... this was gourmet cuisine at a sensible price. Service was also excellent, and it was nice to meet the head chef at the end of the meal as he came to check on the tables. Al fresco seating in a busy pedestrian area was an additional and excellent plus, allowing you to people watch while savouring the meal. A high quality and easy recommendation.

Very nice Restaurant in a walking zone in old part of Santa Cruz. Food great, had Tapas and fish paella, all very good. Good and very friendly Service.

We were a group of five and stayed on an outside table. The ambiente was good as you felt immersed on a spanish street The food expectation were high. The starter was visually nice and tasty. The majority of the mains were good and visually appealing, but to all lacked temperature which highly impacted in a negative way the experience. The desserts were sweet as expected and tasty, although that the tiramisu we asked was more a cream tasting to tiramisu, than a tiramisu by it self.

Apparently they specialize in rice dishes. Most require two people to order the same dish. Outside of that there’s not much else on the menu. We settled for a sandwich. Review the menu before booking.

Dear customer, thank you for your evaluation, we regret, however, that we are not agree with your words, to say that we do not have much variety outside of rice dishes, is to be untrue and for the record, I leave here a list of some of our dishes: -Millefeuille of Bravas -Fried egg -Anchovies from Santoña -Cheese board -Shrimp Carpaccio -Iberian Ham -Spring Roll of bull tie meat -Mix of Croquettes -Chef Salad -Waldorf Salad -Monkfish Wellington -Vegan Steak -Artichoke Flower -Risotto (individual rice) -Socarrat (individual rice) Regarding the fact that most of the rice dishes are for a minimum of two people, it has a very simple explanation, our restaurant has a capacity for 90 people, imagine that even if only half of the people ordered an individual rice, how many kitchens would we need? It is a simple question of logistics, not commercial, in addition to the fact, paella or Spanish rice dishes are a family dish and designed to be shared. Hence its format. Thank you.

Finally a place on the Canary Islands where we got some of the fish we like the most: Rape (Monkfish). They do Rape Wellington, a really unusual but very tasty way to prepare it. Also the starters were fine, especially the Bola de Mariscos, a potatoe ball with shells inside. The whole lunch was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a larger group of locals just next to us, so that we hardly heared our own words. But the food was worth the suffering...

We were in 7 and we booked on The Fork. We ordered some tapas and paella. The seafood paella was delicious. We also ordered some deserts which were good. The waitresses payed attention to everybody and they accomplished any request. We payed the right price for what we eat and we were really satisfied. I recommend this place for sure!
