10/10The food was great and staff it is our go to whenever we come over to Lego land . Also the place was clean , and they even let us in stightly early because we had to get back home :,(.

5/10The restaurant is well themed with lots of Lego sculptures. The food and service however, were very disappointing. Food was very average, I had the chicken burger which was extremely dry. Servers were not very Friendly or helpful. Wrong drink was brought for my husband 3 times, before being told “oh we’re out of that”. Servers also came round trying to take our plates away while we were still eating.

2/10Awful. Food was terrible. Who knew you could get a fry up so wrong. Servers were all clueless and so unhelpful. Weirdest food menu I’ve ever seen. Expensive. Just avoid and go outside of park.

4.5/10There were LOADS of servers but when the wrong food came out we had to wait 10 minutes for our delegated server to be free to help. By which time everyone else had eaten their food. I was given a kids version of the fish & chips and no apology from the staff when I queried it. It said it came with mushy peas it came with garden peas. My son left his starter and we all left the desserts. We’re not fussy but the food was BAD. Just because you are serving families doesn’t mean tasteless bought-in effortless food. Even the chips were rubbish!

2/10I was really disappointed with the food. Granted you get a free breakfast but would rather not have one. Me and my children have ended up with upset tummies. The hash browns are not even cooked and the sausages tasted off. Will return to the hotel but will not eat here next time.

5.5/10The serving staff spilled my husbands hot coffee all over his legs, she didnt even apologise, she went to get blue paper to clean up floor and table but offered nothing for my husband to clean his pants. She didn't even bring down a new coffee after, we had to ask someone else for it. My husband had to wear stained, wet pants for the day in the park. For the continental breakfast we had to keep asking for the items on the menu as it wasn't all in the little basket they bring down, the yoghurts were missing so had to ask, apples also, he brought down 2 but it was 3 continental breakfasts we ordered so had to ask again. The staff need training for sure and we saw this throughout the resort in other areas also.

3/10Food was terrible. Cold, poor quality food thrown on plate. We had to wait 30 minutes between the courses. The wait was for some soft serve ice cream poured into a glass and two slices of tart. Extremely over priced and would be recommending everyone to avoid.

7/10There is no choice but to have a 3 course meal, which not everyone wants or needs. Would be nice to be given the option. Although the staff were attentive they were taking plates away before the entire table had finished and attempted to take a child’s meal away whilst he was in the toilet. Too keen. Overall the food was nice.

8.5/10Great breakfast but prefer self service and more choices, Rather than waste on set menu. my disabled son on 2 separate occasions wanted only part order but all comes as standard then a lot goes to waste. Or a more open menu and self serve DRINKS station definitely missing.the food nice as always.

5.5/10We ate as part of staying at Legoland hotel - since they don’t have a direct link from the website and we are forced to use the unwieldy Fork booking system it immediately set a tone for the evening. We wanted to see if we could just adjust our dining time by 10/15 mi s (I was there with a 6 year old trying to fit everything in) and a rather aggressive manager (I assume) wanted forcefully to know why we were not able to keep our time - we were 4 minutes later than our booked time in the end! We were lucky in that the lady who looked after us was brilliant which really helped although it was clear most of the staff were drifting around avoiding tables full of empty plates (I once was told by an excellent restaurant manager that he asked his staff to “never go anywhere empty handed”). The food was good but to charge the price they do is daylight robbery! I suppose that in the end was my disappointment - I get it’s a captive market, I get it’s a mass produced dinner service but for an adult and a 6 year old to have a fixed price menu that is more than some London 5* restaurants evening menu was a joke. Do you have a choice - not really. Will we have to pay it again - depressingly. Am I thrilled about it No.

3/10Restraunt was poorly staffed no organisation at all, long wait before getting mains meals were cold, couple behind us who were there when we arrived were still waiting for there main course and with 3 small children was not good enough considering how overly priced the food has become since our last visit 5 years ago, can definitely say won’t be back

7/10Meal portions were small for both adults and children Kids meal mash & sausage was not nice Mash was like something from a blender and the sausage flavour was not something a child would like Also the chips had no taste My child didnt eat the meal after tasting it The menu was so much better when we were here in 2018 Sad to say this but we wouldnt eat here again

4/10Staff sat us OK... but had some problems. 1) drink order was wrong, so I explained and instead of correcting the drink straight away, I had a different person come back to me reading of a receipt what the server wrongly put through the till... got the correct drink in the end. Starters came out quickly but we're cold. Mains had a further hour wait . With a 5 year old and one VERY fed up 2 year old that kept trying to run... made this very stressful. Nothing to entertain them in a restaurant geared towards children aka no fun packs with crayons or anything of the like. (There was a lovely chap that came round with free packs of haribos but that really just made the waiting worse as they can't sit and eat them before they eat... sorry for sounding ungrateful but once they were seen.. tantrums were had from the 2y old. When food came was fine enough but noone came to ask if it was OK and I couldn't flag anyone down for extra condiments. Then there was the age wait to order our dessert. In asking for dessert we just had to get what we could to take up to the rooms as we had been there nearly two hours and the kids had enough. The apology for the waits was cringe worthy with "you should understand the weight is due to other tables dietary requirements we are trying to sort so we are in and out the kitchen". I hope the table next to us didn't hear that as I could hear that they were enquiring about certain things but you shouldn't blame the customers next to us for your slow service... (Last comment is I also wasn't happy that we sat down ready to order and wasn't told of any items not available... during ordering, both my mains and desserts were unavailable... just should have been told as they knew straight away once I asked??) For an £80+ bill... I would have expected better.

8/10Very disappointed there was no buffet for dinner or breakfast. Understand why although most other restaurants are back to normal and prices so expensive when hardly any choice for dinner.
