    The staff were nice but seemed disorganised. Just a few little things. We asked for water it did not come and had to ask again. A dozen oysters only had 11 and had to point this out. The restaurant was busy but the little things make a good restaurant a great one

    I first visited Les Fuchsias over 33 years ago and have returned on several occasions only to find that it has always improved. The quality of the food on our last visit was superb.

SAINT-VAAST-LA-HOUGUE - Ancien relais de poste, dont la façade est couverte de Fuchsias centenaires, la famille Brix et le chef Alexandre Raymond, vous accueillent, avec une cuisine gastronomique de bord de mer, et du terroir normand.

CÔTÉ CUISINE - Le Chef vous propose notamment, des queues de langoustines poêlées en entrée, suivies d’un homard bleu avec grenaille, noisette croquante, feta et chorizo ibérique. Et d’un ananas vanillé en fines feuilles avec un sorbet verveine et banane croustillante pour le dessert.

BEL ESPACE - L’équipe du restaurant vous propose deux salles, dont une véranda, ouverte sur le jardin exotique. Dès les beaux jours, le service se fait au jardin, à l’ombre de grands parasols.
