Excellent restaurant in a beautiful location with very attentive, knowledgeable & friendly staff. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Bandol!

For a restaurant in such a stunning location, the service was confused, stilted and inhospitable. The staff made an error of judgement in being unable to tailor their mood or demeanour to accommodate English guests, and furthermore they misunderstood the atmosphere they created as being warm and inviting when in reality it was cold and stark.

The food was disappointing from the outset, with ingredients sourced as far away as Australia which in no doubt was meant to surprise and delight the guests however only succeeded in raising questions about the quality of the local produce.

A meal is not complete without at least a cursory visit from the restaurant manager however we seemed more of a hinderenace to their afternoon than guests at their table.

Overall a complete waste of time and money, a better afternoon would be spent at a Château in the local area that does not claim to be something it’s not.

Poor service. Disappointing. We waited for 45 minutes before the waiter came to our tanle to take our order. We had to ask for everything but nothing happened. The starter came 1 hour after we placed our order and rhe main course was served 1 hour thereafter. Food was ok. Poor service.
