Wonderful cuisine, service, and setting. Perfect (apart from a very minor detail: the olive bread was much too salty).

A great meal but lacking the polish one would expect from a Michelin star rating.

Best performance of Philippe Jego since he started at les Pencheurs. He has really improved and especially the "Loup" was extraordinary

I hope the new chef will reach same level as the former coming season. He has the option and possibilites but need to add more fantasy and edge.
