Very nice restaurant. The cadre is a bit different, as the tables are next to the hotel pool, with guests bathing next to you (separated by a clear plastic divider). This could be off-putting, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, in fact, and the surroundings are tasteful. The service was truly excellent: helpful, friendly, not intrusive. Top notch. The food was good, and interesting. The chef clearly has a creative touch that, for the most part, led to an excellent meal. The ceviche was disappointing, but the fish, served with roast fennel and artichoke purée was very good. The vegetarian menu likewise was excellent, and the desserts were a great hit all around the table (my deconstructed lemon tart was superbe).
