Absolutely delicious food, fresh, bursting with flavour and beautifully presented. Highly recommended. The whole visit was delightful. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing 7 course dinner here. The ingredients were so fresh and and all seemed to be locally sourced or even grown in their own garden. The menu was very creative but not pretentious and everything was delicious.. It was just an exception journey that we can't recommend enough.

Avoid this hugely overpriced restaurant for poorly executed and poorly conceived food prepared by a chef whose ambitions exceed his technical competence level. The starters were promising but after that it was a disappointment. The fish was poorly cooked(steamed and bland, several bones were still in it and it was wet) served with a creme fresh that was overpowering and root vegetables that were either bitter or very hard to cut. A very confused dish . Desert betrayed once again the lack of skill or vision to create something at least pleasant to eat. They were not good. Service slow when more people came. Room ambiance pleasant.

We were the only client when we were there on a Sunday evening and felt like we had a private chef. This is such a gem of a place. The chef is very steadfast in reducing his carbon footprints so all his ingredients are locally sourced. No spices, nor vanilla or cocoa. The only thing he can't help is his coffee supplies. Our dinner was perfect from beginning to end. A delightful tempura of estragon was served with our Vouvray sparkling wine as aperitif. Then an amuse-bouche of salmon boudin served with a cucumber delish to tempt our taste buds. For entrée, we ordered a mouth-watering dish of white asparagus, drizzled with home made mayonnaise and sprinkles of herbs and flowers, accompanied with a delicious lamb gyoza. The other entrée was a tataki of salmon, served on splatters of spinach sauce and decorated with baby radish and herbs. We both had the catch of the day for mains, a local fish that absolutely melt in your mouth, served with a saffron butter sauce, accompanied with slightly grilled green asparagus and diced potatoes. The most amazing desert was served to beautifully end our meal. Mushroom powder that tasted like cocoa, sprinkled on home made Diplomate cream and sponge triangles. What a treat. Bravo to the chef for such creativity!
