En pleno centro histórico de Valencia, el interiorismo minimalista y sereno de este restaurante es el lienzo en blanco sobre el que la chef María José Martínez dibuja la paleta de sabores de su arte culinario. Esta joven talento de la gastronomía española -tercer puesto en el premio Cocinero Revelación 2016 de Madrid Fusión- propone una cocina fresca, original, sincera, sensorial y sabrosa basada en el producto valenciano de temporada. Huerto, mar y montaña son el punto de partida de elaboraciones contemporáneas e innovadoras que parten de la gastronomía tradicional. Toda una experiencia que completan el director David Pérez Pisa y el jefe de sala Juan José Soria, responsable también de su acertada carta de vinos.

El restaurante Lienzo ofrece un marco elegante donde predominan los colores blancos y ocres y la belleza de sus obras de arte. Si buscas mayor intimidad, cuentan con una sala privada para un máximo de diez personas, con un camarero exclusivo y un menú único y personalizado para la ocasión. Una ocasión que seguro resultará inolvidable.

It was a great experience at your location. Friendly service and Chefs. Food was nice, but all in all not exact my type of taste. I loved the whole presentation. I felt a bit observed of the waiters in front of me. Thanks for the Espresso Martini in the ending.

Excellent service and ambience. Starters were good but main courses both disappointing - rather bland and lacking creativity for a top-end restaurant.

Después de leer su crítica voy a dar de baja el descuento, porque no ganamos nada con este tipo de mesas. Nosotros en los principales apostamos por producto bien hecho. Punto. Si usted quería cenar 20€ 2 personas se equivocó de local. Me resulta gracioso que las croquetas si le pareciesen originales. Un cordial saludo

We had a fantastic dinner at Lienzo. Perfect and charmant service. Brilliant food, good wine. We love it.

We were really looking forward to coming to spain to try its famous gastronomy. This, however, exceeded our expectations. Great service, great wine, and the Lienzo degustation menu was just incredible. You can' t leave thecity without trying their squid dish with the croccanti of its own ink. We will be back!
