Excellent food, service lacking (they don’t know their own wine list/ they can’t open a bottle of wine/ you get asked the same question multiple times. Servers seems young and untrained).
too expensive The dishes were ok but not amazing
The service is fantastic - super friendly, relaxed and helpful. The food is great - lots of authentic Lebanese dishes but also some dishes with a modern twist. Great lunch!
The food was very good, yet the waiter was not very friendly when we expressed that we did not wish to order wine and desserts. This was quite disappointing, as the service did not match to the quality of the food and the beautiful setting the restaurant was set to be.
Très sympa !
A very good friend of mine recommended the restaurant, and the food, the service as well as the welcome was excellent. I will certainly return there when I am next in Paris !
Great healthy spot, wonderful food with a fun atmosphere. Classy and Cool
Food really good but the problem was the rude and very unprofessional staff and the worst part is that they spoke no english. Such a pity for such a high potential place.
the food tasted very good but it was a very small quantity... too bad they give so little of it for such a price.
Really good Lebanese food, some traditional dishes get their personal characteristics through new variations and interpretations by the cook- and he does a really good job! You should better come hungry when eating at Liza's! Our table is always full when eating there- I like! The atmosphere is calm and elegant, but cozy at the same time. Always hard to decide if we want to eat there for dinner or brunch- both are excellent! The only thing missing is a traditional coffee. But the great dessert is making up for it!
1. Food was delicious but basic like any other Lebanese restaurant because the dinner menu is small and lacks variety. 2. It lack authenticity. This is the first Lebanese restaurant I try (even abroad) that does not offer an Arabic menu. The place lacks the sense of identity that is otherwise prominent in other Middle Eastern restaurants. For example, no Arabic music was playing only random remixes. 3. The staff do not greet their guests in the proper manner you would expect from a Lebanese restaurant (I have been to top Leb fusion restaurants) that cherishes and celebrates Arab hospitality and warmth. 4. Time takes forever. Cooking a falafel does not require an hour. Preparing a plate of rice with nuts does not take two hours. Serving clients with plain falafel and acting dumbstruck when requesting bread is not professional. Show knowledge and express awareness of what real Middle Eastern food looks like, especially Lebanese, should you wish to attract a more diverse crowd of people who are actually from the Middle East and appreciate the food more. 5. أتمنى لكم التوفيق والنجاح المستمر 6. تحياتي
Beautiful interior, nice server, terrible food quality — not even 10% of the taste to be found at Liza Beirut or Liza Dubai. The Paris one is to avoid. Overpriced too : 140 euros for mezze only for four people and that includes one small bowl of tabbouleh for everyone to share (!) and a small kibbe each etc... avoid this place. Better Lebanese can’be found in Paris.
Un peu cher
Service attentionné et sympathique
The service was truly terrible, we waited for an hour between starter and main, without even having our drinks refreshed.
Outstanding food in a beautiful atmosphere.
We had perhaps high expectations. Based on experience with libanees food, we thought that this restaurant was an elite club and price wise the food was twice as much as it should be. How much should humous cost?? The service was correct but with an flair of arrogance. The smile on her face dropped down faster than she turned her head.
