GRANDE ACCOGLIENZA - Nel cuore di Soragna, in provincia di Parma, sorge il Ristorante Locanda del Lupo. La struttura dispone di un ambiente ideale per pranzi tra amici e cene in famiglia. Il personale di sala è sempre cortese, disponibile ed attento alle esigenze della clientela.

PARMA IN TAVOLA - Il menù del locale è ricco di piatti tipici della tradizione parmigiana. Da provare la soluzione di salumi della terra con torta fritta, l'uovo in camicia con cremoso di sedano rapa e tartufo nero, i tortelli di erbetta e ricotta con burro fuso e parmigiano reggiano, i cappelletti con ripieno di parmigiano in brodo di cappone, nonché i tagliolini al culatello, tartufo nero e parmigiano croccante.

DESSERT - Per concludere il pasto, è possibile ordinare uno dei buonissimi dolci artigianali, come ad esempio la torta sabbiosa con zabaione caldo.

What a surprise! An amazing Restaurant into a smooth atmosphere of one of the best hotel in the Fidenza area. The Nice and sweet Lady Owner, was offering us an extra cold prosecco with some special local “Salame” in the Hall Bar while the waiter preparing the table at the restaurant area. The Uova in Camicia con Zucca e Tartufo Were UNBELIEVABLE as the Local Prosciutto e Coppa e Culatello with frites breadsticks. Than we had an original house hand made Tortelli with Parmigiano Burro e Salvia, and Anolini in brodo Vegetariani con Formaggio All was amazing. Trust me you have to stop there at only 7 km’s (5 minutes) by the A1 Exit Fidenza in direction Soragna. I usually do not write so much about a restaurant. Very good compromise between food quality and price. Thanks so much. Daniele. We’ll be back soon.
