Restaurant was busy as a Friday night and my children were nearly finished their food before our fish arrived . We than had another wait for our sides and my other daughters meal was cold ! It was a shame as when we went on a quieter night it was really good !

We had a table outside and the views of the beach/sea were beautiful. The service was excellent, lovely staff and very helpful. We all had prawn pil-pil to start which came in a lovely sauce, lots of chilli&garlic. We all had the seabass for mains which was very good, it came with a very small side of potato and veg, could have been bigger. All the desserts were lovely and the wee ice cream with the bill was nice. It was quite expensive but we enjoyed it.

We have been coming to Tony’s for 12 years , today we were rather disappointed as there wasn’t any paella available or salt baked sea bass which are the dishes we come for . It just wasn’t the usual standard that we expect .

We're very sorry to hear about your recent experience at Los Tonys. Yesterday, we had a serious incident in the kitchen where a fire broke out and required the intervention of firefighters to extinguish it. Due to this incident, we currently do not have an oven and are unable to prepare dishes such as baked sea bass or paella, which are some of your favorites and the reason you usually visit us. We are working diligently to resolve this situation as quickly as possible. We have already ordered a new oven and hope to have it soon so that we can once again offer you the food you know and enjoy at our restaurant. We appreciate your understanding in this unfortunate situation, which fortunately did not result in any personal injuries but did cause significant damage to our equipment. We look forward to welcoming you back to Los Tonys once everything is resolved and we have restored our usual standard of service and quality.

First the positives. Cheerful, attentive staff and the best terrace in East Marbella- the sunset is wonderful. Sadly the rest is negative. Food was average in some cases well below and for this price point very, very poor. The tapas starters were terrible- patatas bravas were greasy small potatoes with no crisp and very poor dressing,. 4 breaded prawns that looked like they came from a freezer package with a curious iceberg, pineapple and rosemarie dressing thrown in top of them. The prawns a la planca were terrible- anorexic prawns with no discernible flavour- I can think of plenty better ways of spending 20€. The seabass in salt was good, as was the BBQ sea bass but for the price, it is no more then you should expect. . Limp chips and overcooked vegetables did little to complement. Tony’s have obviously added a number of tables to the terrace to maximise numbers- while understanding the need to do this, it does feel overcrowded and very tight. Tony’s was a real favorite of mine- serving up fresh simple dishes, in an amazing location. It was, never and should never be, the cheapest - you should have to pay for that view! But poor food leaves a poor impression.

Lovely little chiringuito / restaurant. We had the oven baked dorado, and it was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and service minded! And very attentive! Definitely not the last time we visit Los Tony's.

We've been eating at Tony's since before covid. Always great ambiance and good value for food. Recently, I wonder if they have undergone new ownership. Wait staff more friendly, new menus, new decor with great service and food. These beach front restaurants are a treasure. Tony's is one of the treasures! Hope they continue their upward tragectory.
