Excellent moment de gourmandise !
The desserts are great, not to sweet, perfect flavor as the ending. The beef with oyster on the top is a creative combination.
The food was excellent. The service was gracious and attentive. The atmosphere was calm and reserved. When the dishes were brought out, it would be very helpful and make our meal much more enjoyable, if the dish’s description could be written in English. We could not understand much of what the waiter said, though we don’t blame him. Overall, a wonderful meal.
Great experience, great food and i totally recomend the wine pairing by their sommelier.
8 EUR for small Evian bottle is absurd! Food was good but two of the dishes had preparation flaws that one doesn't expect from a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Fish cerviche was too thick for the inside of the fish to be cured by the acid. The pastry around the lamb wasn't fully cooked. Amuse bouche, dessert and mignardises were excellent.
The food was stunning (best lamb ever, best asparagus ever, etc.) and highly creative - it's more of a 2-star Michelin in that category (my wife thinks a three). There were some minor mix-ups with the waiter, whose English was imperfect, but the manager was exceptional and made up for any minor issues. The price/performance was off the charts - they could charge double what they do and still get excellent reviews. We will be back every time we are in Paris.
Very interesting and tasty
FANTASTIC!!!! One of the best meals in years.
Three of us enjoyed the 6 course meal. All courses were wonderful. Pricey but undoubtedly worth every penny
stephane’s cuisine is creative and spontaneous as always! his fascination with smoke and japanese elements was constantly teasing and pleasing your taste. a great menu with his personal signature. wine selection by glass could be more versatile and the dining room could be too noisy for an intimate dinner.
Being 18, often when my boyfriend and I go to a nicer restaurant we get looked down upon, patronised or judged, but at the Louis we were welcomed warmly by staff and treated like any other adult. The food was lovely, heavily weighted on fish however, and though each dish was small, it left both of us stuffed. I would highly recommend if looking for an intimidate, personal dinner. You will not be disappointed.
Great for lunch or dinner. Best high-end food buy in Paris!
Innovative, combination of flavors and textures. Presentation and service were at an extremely high level. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.
Great food, very kind and professional service and a nice atmosphere and that for an acceptable price what would you like to have more for an amazing evening? Thank you for the perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Highly recommended!
Amazing. Highly recommend.
Saveurs inattendues et surprenantes, bons accords. A tester !
Imaginatif et raffiné
Exquisite experience with fresh and intriguing tastes that borrow Japanese inspiration. Servers pay extra attention to your table without ever being intrusive. Decor is chic and classy reminiscent of a breakfast at tiffany's vibe. Pricing is also very affordable for quality and service.
