September 2023 and a new chef at Maa. The jury is out - our onion bhajis were like rocks and the Madras (which we always order) was bloody atomic. Hotter than a vindaloo. Should have sent it back but persevered with the burn.

The food for both of us had an excellent taste . I chose a Madras’s strength dish which I have had before I asked for Madras’s plus strength but I was delivered a Madras’s minus meal. I did not make a complaint , the food was too tasty but I made a comment but it was ignored. We completed all our meal then asked for coffee but was advised coffee was not on the menu. disappointed. In summary , still good but with detractions

We were a large group with a disappointing experience. Service from the outset was extremely poor. We had to ask multiple times to order. Following this, all drinks & extras needed to be ordered multiple times. Food was good however the overall experience was not good enough. With such a large bill we did not receive a thanks never mind a chocolate or drink on the house. We won’t return

Lovely restasurant with a great outdoor eating experience next to a waterfall food is 8/10 service is fab and atmosphere in the cosy garden is winderful

The ambiance was spoilt by some bloke playing 50-year-old songs in the Asian restaurant next door too loud. The food was up to the usual high standard BUT we had to wait over 2 HOURS to get the main course. I suggested a discount but was refused. Thus, I have gone to the bother of writing this review. This is high season - they need more staff or tables will leave - which we were 5 minutes away from doing.

It was very quiet last night only 2 other tables. 2nd time we've eaten there this week as it was so good. Totally different last night thou. Waiter took our order. Chicken shaslik was so dry, cos of this we cancelled the rest of our order. 1st time we were there, very busy and food was delicious. Last night, felt waiters couldn’t be bothered and were very offhand, a totally different attitude.

Small but cosy restaurant with friendly service and really delicious food. Guests are able to choose table both inside and outside. The waiter kindly helps you to make right choices through the huge menu. The cooking process is transparent and you can observe any time.

Arrived feeling hopeful of a great meal. We found the food flat and tasteless. When asked if we enjoyed our meal, the waiter didn’t wait to hear. Wouldn’t recommend it.

God mat, bra service och fin atmosfär. Vi var sju stycken o sällskapet och samtliga var nöjda med sin mat. Vi kommer gå hit igen och rekommenderar ett besök.
