LOCATION: 5/5. The restaurant displays dark tones and a modern design. SERVICE: 3/5. The waitress wasn't very friendly, she didn't make me feel at ease. MENU: 4/5. They have a large menu mainly focused on meats of any kind, from appetizers to hamburgers. FOOD: 4/5. I ordered a knife-cut Angus round roll, it was a bit stringy and I couldn't finish it all. It was 180g if I'm not mistaken. The meat was paired with a small buffalo mozzarella and a delicious pistachio cream. PRICE: 4/5. The bill was pretty in line with what I thought I would end up paying.

When we arrived staff were unwelcoming and said they were fully booked. We said we made a reservation online for 8pm (and had email confirmation) but they said our reservation wasn’t valid. After a discussion they allowed us to have a table but only for 45mins because they had another booking later and needed the table. Other customers constantly arrived with bookings and were shown to a table straight away. How were other customers reservations different to ours? A reservation is a reservation!!! Don’t take the reservation if you can’t fullfill it. No apology was given despite the error being the restaurants fault. The food was OK but the evening was rushed and we constantly felt uncomfortable. We wouldn’t go back.
