10/10Excellent, friendly service here, whether I am visiting with clients or friends and family. They get really busy of course, but the waiter is awesome. I always seem to have the same chap each time serving me and as I am here so often, he remembers me. Its a nice touch.

4.5/10We really liked the ambience as we entered and were looking forward to the evening with friends. As we sat we told the waiter that we are there for only drinks and snacks and that we won’t be having food. The hospitality is pathetic and the staff (incl. the manager are very rude). Our booking was for 2hrs, we were 1.5hrs into our booking and we asked the waiter to get us one more round of drinks, he refused saying that he needs to prepare the table for the next booking and that we should go to the outdoor bar for if we want more drinks. We then had to call the manager, who was equally disrespectful but allowed us to stay for 20 more mins. We finished our drinks hurriedly and asked for the cheque, the manager actually had our bill in his pocket, they were actually waiting for us to leave. We paid c. £200. Will never go back and will not recommend unless they change the extremely disrespectful staff

10/10Excellent service, waiters went above and beyond!! Pleasant welcome. Delicious, well presented food. Warm and interesting environment. Great views. Highly recommended!!!

10/10Such a lovely bar and restaurant space. We enjoyed a cocktail on the terrace before having a wonderful lunch at an outside table overlooking St Paul’s. Food, service and drinks were first class and a great atmosphere.

3/103 layers of questioning by staff paid to check reservations before I was permitted to sit at the table. (would feel intimidating to some since none were smiling or welcoming). Amateur & chaotic service. Food shortages "sorry we have run out of milk for your coffee and we have no olives for martinis" then being told the table was needed even though the place was 20% occupied at 4pm. I doubt there were a few hundred people queuing at that time on a rainy day. Seems like the place doesn't want to make money, the waiters knew nothing about the menu and no wine guidance offered, we were asked multiple questions by different servers (not their fault, this place is just badly managed). Disasterous and most of all, arrogant.

2/10The staff was very rude. We ordered a bottle of wine, a cocktail and 2 appetisers. My sister and I went to take some pictures and we came back only to the find that the waiter handed our mother the bill. They did not even ask if we would want to order further (we were going to). This was exceptionally rude.

6.5/10The view is great - no doubt. It felt strange a bit that our children (13 and 14) were not welcomed at the beginning, but at the end the manager allowed us to have dinner at the restaurant. The service team was very nice and were helpful (allergies). Nevertheless, very hungry people might have to order more than a 2 course menu since the dishes are very small.

10/10Lovely atmosphere. Good up tempo music from DJ without being loud. Great with view of St Pauls. Sat inside but outside terrace looked lovely too
