3.5/10worst service I have ever seen in my entire life. rude, they argue with the customer. First time I've felt forced to advise against a restaurant. Mediocre food.

8.5/10The noise level is acceptable, the restaurant is cozy and passable for business and private occasions. Young service personal requires some extra training (cutlery forgotten), also the coffee takes almost 30 min to make. Food is good.

9.5/10Bistro-like setting for excellent Austrian food. Had a delicious beef stroganoff and red wine from the specials/features page. Many restaurants closed on Mondays but this was open and lively.

9.5/10During our stay we wanted to experience authentic Austrian cuisine. This restaurant was perfect for this. Tucked away down a back street, a 10 minute walk from St Stephens Dom. Great ambience. Good quality traditional Austrian food. Staff really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

9.5/10With so many delicious options it was hard to pick what to order. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. I went twice, once with a fixed menu and once on my own with the full and both offered unique and satisfying menus.

8/10Traditional Austrian restaurant with a relaxed and uncomplicated atmosphere. Staff remained efficient and professional during the entire dinner. The menu offers a range of Austrian specialties and seasonal dishes. I recommend the Austrian dish “Tafelspitz” served with all the trimmings. Delicious and generous portion. However, thumbs-down for the portion of creamed spinach that I ordered on the side: much too salty, the cook must have dropped the whole salt shaker inside!

10/10We eat at Magazin every year on Christmas night, and the food and service are always uniformly excellent. The roast goose, in particular, is phenomenal.
